Hi, I’m Jessica Callicutt Grajewski (pronounced gry-yes-ski)
You can call me Jess!

My first time seeing a therapist was in high school, and it changed my life.  Having experienced the benefits of therapy myself, I decided to pursue a career in counseling to help others. I have been in the mental health field for 22 years now and still feel it’s an honor to do the work that I do.

I offer a safe and accepting environment for you to openly identify and explore thoughts, feelings, experiences, and personal challenges in a judgment free zone. I believe counseling is often a process of unlearning, unbecoming and shedding what no longer serves you, so you can be who you truly are. It’s a place to laugh and cry, stretch and grow, process painful experiences, celebrate wins and is an investment in yourself and overall well-being. The benefits of therapy can include: increasing your self-awareness, reconnecting with your inherent wisdom, discovering new and aligned ways to approach life, healing, and finding joy and connection along the way as YOU begin to live your best life and THRIVE!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor, Registered Play Therapist Supervisor, Certified Eating Disorder Specialist Consultant and EMDR-Certified therapist providing trauma-informed care. I have worked in a variety of settings including agencies, hospitals, and treatment centers, and have been in private practice since 2010. While I bring a wealth of knowledge, experience and expertise to the chair I believe you are the expert on you and my role is a supportive one. These days, my practice includes working with children, adolescents and adults, as well as being a counseling supervisor, consultant, and public speaker. When I’m not at work, you can find me traveling, enjoying time outdoors, doing yoga, tapping into my creative side and spending time with friends and family.

It’s important to find a therapist you connect with, so you can do the work you want to do. That’s why I offer a 15-minute phone consultation to see if we’re a good fit!

Send me a message today and let’s schedule a time to chat.
